FEMININE ENERGY: THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAYS TO SWITCH FROM YOUR MASCULINE TO FEMININE ENERGY

Habits and conditioning can keep us stuck in our masculine energy, but this is unhealthy and unsatisfying! It is helpful to learn how to switch from your masculine energy to your feminine energy, so that you can create internal harmony.

In this video, I share 3 practices that will help you to switch into your feminine energy and help you to activate and be more in your feminine energy, more of the time.

In today’s video, I want to share with you how to move from being predominantly in your masculine energy to switching between your masculine and your feminine, and I’m going to share with you three key aspects that will help you do this. My name is Tertia, and on this channel, I make videos around self-worth and self-love, feminine wisdom, feminine energy. I talk about manifesting and mindset and all of this to help you access your inner power. Now, the things that I’m going to share with you are some of the things that I’ve applied in my own life. If you’ve seen some of my other videos, you know that I’ve been leading way too much with my masculine energy and in the past year, maybe a little bit more than a year, I’ve really been on this journey to work with my feminine energy and to create an integration between these two energies within me. When we, as women, get stuck leading predominantly from our masculine energy, it leads to imbalance, and it leads to burnout. It leads to things like chronic fatigue because you are on the go the whole time, right? So, you can think of the masculine energy as a go, go, go energy and the feminine energy as more of a flow energy. And if you want to know more about these different energies and how you can begin to work with these energies, I’ll link a playlist for you in the description below. I’ve done many videos on that here on my channel. So, the first thing that I want to share with you is to let go of judging yourself for being in your masculine. If you are maybe watching this video because you’ve identified that you are too much in your masculine, you’re leading too much with your masculine energy, and you want to work with your feminine energy. You want to embrace the divine feminine. The first thing that you need to do is to let go of any judgment that you have around that. We need to have our masculine energy because that helps us function efficiently in this world. Your masculine energy is that energy that’s going to keep you organized, and it’s going to help you achieve those deadlines. It’s going to help you to be critical and analytical. It’s going to help you to be assertive and set boundaries. The problem is only if this is the only energy that you engage with and that you put out into your life, into your daily activities, it creates that imbalance. All right? So, using your masculine energy is good. That’s the first point don’t judge it. The second point is, for you to develop an awareness around what does it feel like when I’m coming from my masculine energy, when I’m leading with my masculine energy, and what does it feel like when I’m leading with my feminine energy? So, you really want to begin to cultivate this understanding within yourself and get to know what are my body’s responses? What are my thought patterns when I am in either one of these energies? So, I’d like to hear from you, have you identified, can you tell what does it feel like to you when you are too much in your masculine? I know for me, I become very driven and very focused, and I have tunnel vision is what I want to call it. That’s when I know that I’ve been operating in my masculine for too long, is I completely shut out the world. Okay. So, let’s then go on to the final aspect. Aspect number three. And that is to work with your feminine energy, to awaken your feminine energy, to cultivate your feminine energy within you. And I really see this happening on two levels. There is a complete lifestyle change that has to happen, and there are things that you can do in the moment. So, the reason why I didn’t do this video simply about what are the things, what are the actions that can take me from my masculine into my feminine? And it’s like, boom, boom, boom, a checklist of 10 things that you can do, is because I think it is important for you to first work with these first two aspects to let go of the judgment, and to begin to understand that what does this masculine and feminine energy, how does it express itself within me? And from that point, you can then choose to take the actions, which I’m going to share with you now. So, let’s then look at some of the lifestyle changes that you can do. And to me, one of the most important things that we can do as women when we want to start cultivating our feminine energy and move away from being in the masculine for too much is to learn how to slow ourselves down, right? Literally, slow yourself down, get out of the hustle, productivity. My value or my worth is linked to how much or how high my output is. Get away from that mindset and slow yourself down. Make time for yourself to practice self-care, take some downtime, take some time to just be and to relax and connect into your body, connect into your senses. So, that’s really a whole lifestyle change that you need to do. The things that you can do in the moment is, this is a personal favorite of mine, is to shake the masculine energy off yourself. So, if you imagine, or if you think about a dog, for example, a dog that’s wet, the way that it shakes itself. You can do that. You can also do something like stomping your feet, which is going to allow you to ground yourself and ground into the body, connecting with mother earth. You can try something like taking a bath. This is especially great if you are planning a date night with your partner is to take some time beforehand to really make sure that you’re connecting into the feminine, and taking a nice bath with some scented oils if you can tolerate them, or lighting some candles is really going to help you to set the mood and connect you into your feminine energy. You can also do something like putting on some music and dancing, you know the expression, dance like no one is watching. Really try that and see how much freedom that unlocks within you. Also, driving home from work, turn on the radio and sing at the top of your voice without caring if people see you, and really allow yourself to have fun with this. I think if we can bring in an element of fun and play into this, it will really be very helpful for you to make that switch and to activate that feminine energy. The key here then, for me, is that we need to become conscious of our energy, and we need to then take the time to bring this into balance, to bring these energies into harmony.
