In you lives a woman beneath the layers of shoulds, regrets and guilt that longs to be liberated from the shadows.
A woman who claims all of herself and who knows her desires.
Stepping out of the shadows to let your whole self be seen is not easy.
We battle with internal constellations of unworthiness, and the whispers of limitations push us relentlessly to try harder all the while offering a palatable version of us to the world.
In this 90-minute online workshop we will illuminate your true self and invite the woman you were born to be to step out of the shadows for an aligned and turned-on life.
You will experience somatic embodied practices to connect with your whole self and to unbind the constrictions that live in both the light and dark aspects of you so that you can access your inner fire for a more turned-on life.

Hi, I’m Tertia. My work centers around embodied liberation and sensual aliveness through the archetypal feminine.
I believe the world needs more women who are unapologetically anchored in their untamed feminine nature, their fullness and their fierceness.
I know myself that it’s not always an easy path to follow.
There is usually a lot of internal unravelling required.
Like the serpent shedding her skin as she rebirths herself, this is where we get to stand in our authentic truth as we peel back the layers and land on what is underneath.
To get to your truth requires courage.
It asks you not to change that which is hidden within, but instead to claim it, and re-ignite the fire in your belly as a woman unbound.
This is an invitation to let more of yourself be available in your life.
