Now, first of all please know that there’s nothing wrong with having a low vibrational frequency.
There seems to be this idea that a lower vibrational frequency is a bad thing.
That is definitely not the case because we continuously go through different levels of vibrational frequency.
When you’re going through a growth period your emotions, feelings and your thoughts are going to be denser.
When you regularly raise your vibrational frequency you will start to notice the difference in your life.
You’ll start to notice that your life becomes easier and that you attract more positive opportunities, events and people into your world.
You won’t feel stuck in this dense heavy energy.
Your relationships are going to improve and the filter through which you see the world is going to be lighter and brighter.
You’ll find it easier to connect to your inner wisdom.
