To live more embodied is an act of devotion.
Devoting and tending to our wholeness so that we can show up in full self-expression and in full authenticity in all areas of our lives.
It nurtures our confidence and helps us find a deeper faith in ourselves.
For many of us, it is easy to ignore or push aside the big signals from our body, like hunger, needing to rest or even use the bathroom. It makes it easy to numb the more subtle signals from our body, such as how we truly feel and what we truly desire.
Our power as women lies in being embodied. In being connected to our bodies, and to the relationship that we have with our bodies. For us to show up authentically and as our truest selves, we have to know who we are. We have to accept who we are, and we have to own all parts of ourselves.
In this episode, I share with you 3 ways to live embodied and show up authentically in your life.
