The way that we make sense of the world is through our belief systems. Our belief systems keep us sane because it gives us a way to relate to the world. It helps us to interpret the things that happen to us. Our belief system ultimately establishes and affirms where we fit into the world.
However, it can happen these belief systems are limiting and also negative. So the question then is, how do you identify limiting beliefs that are creating subconscious blocks?
If your beliefs are the way that you think about the world, and you want to change how you think about the world, you have to have a willingness to go there.
How often does it happen that we want change in our lives and that we want things to be different, but we have a resistance to doing things differently.
We often find excuses for why things can’t be different for us.
