Guided Evening Meditation for Highly Sensitives and Empaths | As highly sensitive persons and empaths it is vital that we clear our physical and energetic bodies daily to remove all the energy and emotions that don’t belong to us, or that keep us stuck. Cleansing meditations for empaths and meditation for overwhelm are both healing and restoring.
This is a practice I do myself and I also teach to my clients. I’ve created this guided meditation especially for empaths and highly sensitive people (hsp) to show you how to clear yourself and practice energy healing on yourself. You can do this every evening if you want!
