4 Easy Activities
In this video, we are going to look at some feminine activities that will help you connect and deepen into your feminine energy. Now in the past few weeks, I’ve received so many emails from women talking about being too masculine or leading too much with their masculine energy and that they are looking for ways to connect into their feminine energy. When we activate our feminine energy, it means that we truly connect into the wisdom of our bodies, our intuition. And it means that we embrace and become present to all parts of ourselves, which allows us to become authentic, to show up as who we really are and to speak our truth, to speak what is true for us. So with that said, let’s get into these activities. And the first one that I want to share with you is to have an intentional morning routine. So in the personal development field, having a morning routine is a very important aspect of being a successful person. And I do agree with that. I feel that a morning routine is the thing that’s going to set you up for how your day unfolds. Now, before I started working with my feminine energy, I used to be very rigid in terms of my own morning routine.
I used to get up five o’clock in the morning, and I had it like a specific set of things to get through in an hour, and I would do reading, and meditating, and journaling. And it was all very exhausting if I think back on that now, because it never really nurtured my feminine energy. An intentional morning practice thing really looks like this. The practice is a grid, that’s your masculine structure, all right? Knowing that you will have this daily practice. But what happens inside this practice? What happens inside this morning routine depends on what you feel like, all right? And this is where you allow the feminine to be expressed. The idea here is to be intentional, and I think that’s such an important aspect of working and accessing our feminine energy, is to become intentional with what we do. So we don’t only move from the level of the mind where we have these steps and to-do lists that we go through, but we become intentional in terms of how does that make me feel? And what do I need right now to feel nourished, to feel fulfilled, to feel complete?
So if you bring that into your morning routine, have the masculine structure of a definite routine, and then the feminine of creating and moving and flowing within that structure. The second activity is to practice a type of meditation, and you don’t have to do this in your morning routine. You can do this at any point in the day, and it can be both formal or informal. So the kind of meditation that I really, really love is a dropping in process. And this is also what I teach my clients. And what you want to do in this time is to allow the attention to go inwards, so you become aware and you notice what is going on inside of your body. You don’t only try and clear your thoughts, but you access your mental plane and your physical plane, the emotional plane and the energetic plane, those four bodies, you access them through intention and awareness in the body.
And what you will notice then, if there are any tensions just by simply placing your focus and your awareness there and allowing yourself to fully feel and become intimate and present to what is there, it often begins to unravel these tensions and allows more flow into your life, that feminine flow. All right, then the third kind of activity that you can do is to bring more pleasure into your life. So pleasure is such a big aspect of our feminine energy. But what happens is we don’t really allow ourself to have pleasure and often, we put pleasure at end of all our activity. So we take pleasure only as a reward. And it kind of goes like, if I’ve done enough, then I can allow myself to rest, or then I can allow myself to have something nice or then I can allow myself to do something that I enjoy.
When we work, and access, and activate and open to our feminine energy, one of the things that we benefit that will escalate this journey, one of the things that will really make such a difference in your life is when you open yourself up to receiving more pleasure, to having more pleasure and to creating more pleasurable experiences in your life. So practically, it could look like just buying a candle that smells really nice, and having that on your desk as you work. And really a good question that you can ask yourself is, what can I do right now that will make this experience, or this moment, or this day, most pleasurable for me? And then the final activity is to align with your monthly cycle. Now, if you don’t bleed anymore, then you can use the cycle of the mood to align with.
So our monthly cycle, this is what allows us to create life, right? This is what sets us apart as women. And yet so often, we dread this time of month. There is a lot of power though in us learning to align with our cycles. And this is because our energy changes based on where we are in our cycle. So if you want to be successful, if you want to be able to get the most out of yourself in a way that doesn’t deplete you, then aligning with your cycle can do that for you.
