Imagine being deeply rooted in your own worthiness. Imagine being resourced so you can easily navigate all the pleasures and challenges life gives you.
In my experience as a feminine embodiment coach, the more we embody ourselves, the deeper we can tap into our feminine energy. And one of the beautiful “side effects” of embodying yourself is that you begin to heal.
Tapping into and living and leading from our feminine energy is like being in a dance with life.
When you don’t know the steps you may trip, fall over your feet and you may feel lost in the dynamics.
However, as you deepen into the experience of yourself, and as you embody more of yourself, it is as if you begin to know these dance steps. So now, even if you stumble or trip, it’s so much easier for you to get back into the rhythm.
Many women have undesirable patterns that they wish to change. They want things to be different, or they wish they could do more of or less of something, whether in their relationship dynamics, in their work habits, or in their own personal well-being or self-care.
Often these patterns have unconscious drivers that are lodged in the subconscious mind. Trying to understand why we are doing things in a certain way doesn’t really help to change those patterns or to show up differently.
Feminine Embodiment | What to Expect from Healing your Feminine Energy
But as you begin to tap into more of your feminine power and your feminine wisdom, the hold that these patterns have over you will begin to loosen, allowing you to make different choices and show up in a different way.
The more we are in touch with our own truth, and with our own desires, the more we draw into our lives, that which is in alignment with that. And if we are on that dance floor of life, the steps, the people and the opportunities seem to flow into our lives at the right time and the right place.
