What is EFT Tapping?
EFT is a powerful technique that works directly with deep-seated beliefs and resolves any negative emotions to may keep us stuck. Using EFT tapping is easy and painless, and it can help you make changes in your life, it can reduce physical pain and it can relieve strong emotions.

How does it work?
It is a gentle tapping method combined with verbal statements. It can be learned in a few minutes and anyone can do it. In a session, I will guide you through the process and I may combine this with other healing modalities, such as Optimal EFT, to further support you.
What can EFT Tapping be used for?
Current research is showing us that our mindset and thoughts have an effect on our emotional state. Also, issues like past traumas or experiencing constantly high levels of stress can affect our wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.
EFT Tapping is an extremely effective and painless method to allowing our energy to flow more freely, dissolving those stuck emotions, which in turn leads to better health, more joy and ultimately wholeness in our life.
The EFT discovery statement is “the cause of all negative emotions, is a disruption in the body’s energy system”. This means we can use EFT Tapping to resolve mostly all negative emotions including fears, phobias, anger, depression, performance issues, sadness, resentment, self-hatred, guilt, and worry.
Book an EFT Tapping session
Our sessions will mostly take place via Zoom (you will need to have a stable internet connection, and I will supply you with the link to access the meeting).
New clients need to book a minimum of 4 sessions.
The first session will be a deep-dive of 90 minutes, and the follow-up sessions will take 60 minutes.
