Today, I want to take you a little bit behind the scenes to show you my thought processes in how I’m changing a limiting belief that I’ve identified in my life.
We can sometimes put ourselves in a type of box, and this box is built out of our subconscious beliefs.
You might have a goal or interaction of some kind or maybe a relationship that’s not working as well as you want it to be.
You find you keep on sabotaging yourself.
You continuously block yourself and you seem to be unable to break through to that next level.
If you want to change anything in your life, once you realize there is a pattern that keeps on showing up like sabotaging yourself or like being unable to create a connection, then you want to bring that pattern into the light.
Exposing your beliefs systems to yourself by shining the light of your conscious awareness on them, is the first step to releasing the hold they have on you.
