GUIDED EVENING MEDITATION FOR HIGHLY SENSITIVES AND EMPATHS

As highly sensitive people and empaths, it is vital that we clear our physical and energetic bodies daily to remove all the energy and emotions that don’t belong to us, and that can keep us stuck. Cleansing meditations like these, are both healing and restoring.  

This is a practice I do myself and I also teach to my clients.  I’ve created this guided meditation especially for empaths and highly sensitive people (HSP)  so that you can learn how to clear your own energy and practice energy healing on yourself.  You can do this every evening if you want!

This grounding and centering meditation can be useful when you feel stuck, frustrated, or irritable. 

When you feel disconnected from yourself, it can be a sign that you are ungrounded and a grounding meditation can help you to reconnect with yourself and feel more balanced.
