Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is this coaching in person? Do I have to be in Austria?
No. Coaching usually happens over video conference. You can book your session from anywhere in the world.
2. How many sessions do I need?
New clients need to book a minimum of 4 sessions. If you have worked with me before, it’s possible to book a single session.
3. What happens in the sessions?
The first session is a 90 minute deep dive where we will get crystal clear what you want to work on and the results that you desire. Each following session is 60 minutes long, and we work on specific topics of your choice in each session. The time between sessions is usually when we fall back into old patterns and I will give you homework and additional resources to help prevent that.
4. What is expected of me during the sessions?
I aim to make the sessions both empowering and insightful. It is my intention that you will feel inspired and motivated to take action. But, change can be scary! So you need to have an open mind, the willingness to do the work and commitment to your own transformation.
5. What happens after I book?
Once I receive your booking I will send you a confirmation email and also set a date that suits us both. You will get an intake form to complete and return to me before the session so that we don’t waste time in the first session, but can get straight into coaching.
