I have made some pretty poor decisions in my past, and I really needed to find a way to make better choices and to stick to them.
What I discovered, as I became more embodied, is that I began to trust myself more. As I connected more deeply into my feminine wisdom and truth, I began following my inner guidance and listening to my intuition.
Developing the skill of making the best decisions for you, and tapping into your own body’s wisdom, is a skill that anyone can learn.
It is not a once-off deal though. It requires your devotion, and a willingness to meet yourself where you are, to cultivate your feminine fuel of depth and sovereignty. And also it requires courage to live it out into the world.
We need to make decisions all the time. From the really small and fairly insignificant decisions like, what am I gonna wear today, or what am I going to have for breakfast? To really big existential kinds of decisions like what am I going to do with my life? And then obviously everything in between.
When we don’t know what to choose, it can create a lot of internal turmoil and stress.
Especially if we don’t know what is the “right” thing for us or if we have a history of making bad decisions. These tend to haunt us until we are able to resolve them or forgive ourselves.
And it can be really challenging and difficult to make some of these bigger life decisions often because we don’t know that we are going to make the right choice.
