Most of us start out the new year with an intention for things to be different. Did you know that it’s almost impossible to change your habits and behaviour unless you first make the change mentally?
That’s why so many resolutions fall flat. You try and do something different but you are still thinking the same old way.
When we continue to behave in the same way, it shows us that it is answering some need we have.
A good place to start is by simply having the willingness to change. You don’t need to know right now what that need is, or how to make all those changes.
Now is the perfect time of year, while you are motivated and inspired to do so.
Use these affirmations : “I am wiling to change” and “I am safe”.
While you are repeating them, you might notice some resistance. That’s really good because the resistance shows your negative beliefs, which you can replace.
I hope that this is the year that your dreams come true and if you have been holding back, that you get the courage to go for it!
